We founded The Fork, Cork & Feathers out of a deep love for real food, and quality produce. We use only real ingredients here and as locally sourced as possible. Farm fresh eggs, organic tomatoes, fresh water fish and free-range beef. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life and living.

Our Produce….. only the best will do!

We pride ourselves on selecting the finest ingredients and producers. We stock our deli kitchen in much the same way that we stock our home kitchen, with regular deliveries of fresh ingredients that we select ourselves.

In addition to our menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather and how we are feeling. We are always on the lookout for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world (which we admit, we do often) we bring back our favourite flavours and culinary discoveries.

Living by their motto, “Bwyta. Yfed. Byw” or, in English, “Eat. Drink. Live”.

Manager Andrew Peirson has travelled up and down Wales to include award winning Charcuterie and Cheese to Llŷn Peninsula Venison and Snowdonia Wagyu Beef.

The Fork, Cork & Feathers will offer both shopping and dining. Customers can come in for a Snowdonia-roasted coffee, or check out the seasonal Welsh produce on the deli counters.

There will even be a Welsh ‘Tapas’ style menu (or, as they like to call it, ‘Wapas’).

There will also be a selection of beers, wines and spirits from both Wales and around the world, which can be purchased to take away, or enjoyed in the wine bar (on Friday and Saturday nights).
